Hi I’m Matt,

Before I can help you with your next Real Estate move, I’d like to give you a brief outline of my experience in Real Estate.
I began my Real Estate career in Mount Maunganui in 1981 and have been in it ever since.

The question I’m sometimes asked is “Why are you still in Real Estate?”. My immediate answer is always “I’m in Real Estate because I enjoy every day of it”.

Sure it’s challenging and every job has it’s moments but Real Estate for me offers challenges, thrills, excitement and a whole lot of satisfaction knowing that I have helped individuals and families choose the home they want to live in.

During my career in Real Estate I have experienced life as a Salesperson, Manager, Sales Trainer, Auctioneer and Business Owner. There are a whole lot of stories and experiences that I can share with you that will help you with your next Real Estate move.

My wife Pat and I moved back to Tauranga in 2006 after 9 years in the Waikato. We have 2 daughters who have travelled extensively overseas since graduating from Waikato University. They are currently in Mexico teaching English and translating Spanish into English.
