Director
Ross has worked in the real estate industry for over 24 years, beginning as a salesperson, progressing into management and business ownership. After 10 years as a partner in a large provincial real estate office, Ross took a break and spent 2 years working as a management consultant for a national real estate group. It was during this time that Ross saw both the need and opportunity to establish a different real estate business focused on breaking away from the status-quo, and dedicated to working more effectively for the benefit of customers and staff. As a result, Coopers was established in September 2002, with an initial office in Rotorua, and expanding with a 2nd office opening in Tauranga in 2006.
