STILLWATER COMPLEX

The Stillwater complex is located on Kawaha Point Road, and provides safe and secure three bedroom townhouses for rent.

All of the townhouses adjoin one other unit. Each has an internal access singe garage. A green ‘wheelie’ bin is provided in each property, and collected weekly. Maintenance of the lawns and gardens is included in the rent.

Each unit is very similar but here are different color schemes and some other slight differences including location within the complex.

The kitchen, living room / lounge, bathroom, and two bedrooms are located downstairs. One bedroom is
located upstairs. The laundry is located in the internal access garage.

Most units have three bedrooms, and one bathroom (downstairs). Some have an ensuite in the upstairs bedroom as well as the downstairs bathroom. All units have a dishwasher and will include a washing
machine, dryer, and fridge unless otherwise stated below.
