In recent months our growth has been positive and exciting in a number of areas within our business. Our residential sales teams, in both Rotorua and Tauranga continues to grow, with the addition of Patsy Denzel to our Tauranga Team and Vicki Moody to our Rotorua Team.
Patsy, with over 6 year’s experience, has already established an enviable reputation, based on integrity and trust, along with superb customer service. We are delighted to have Patsy as part of our team. Vicki, while new to residential sales, has already demonstrated amazing enthusiasm, and a “can do” attitude, resulting in some excellent results for her buyers and sellers. We have no doubt that Vicki has a bright career ahead of her.
The Coopers Commercial Division is up and running with Ken Parker having joined our Team earlier in the year. Already Ken has recorded some significant results, most recently the sale of a commercial building in Rotorua at $1.25million. Ken has a wealth of both business and commercial experience spread over a business career of more than 30 years. This experience, along with a strong desire to achieve the best outcomes possible for all his clients, will ensure Ken is a successful part of the Coopers Team.
The Coopers Property Management Division continues to grow rapidly, with the appointment of Tonya Sarich as our Property Manager in our Tauranga Office. Tonya’s experience, positive attitude, business standards and ethics, have made her an instant success.
Sandy Jennings is the latest addition to our Property Management Team in Rotorua. With 6 years experience in Rotorua property management, Sandy is well known and respected both in the industry and by clients. Sandy’s knowledge and attitude have certainly become a valuable asset to our Property Management Division.
